Food & Beverage Purchases

 

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food and beverage sales are final. However, we will gladly address any issues under the following circumstances:

 

• Incorrect order received

• Missing items

• Quality concerns

• Damaged packaging upon receipt

 

 

Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of purchase with proof of receipt and, if applicable, a photo of the item.

 

Approved resolutions may include:

 

• Replacement of the item

• Store credit

• Refund to original form of payment (when appropriate)

 

 

 

Online & Delivery Orders

 

 

For orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.), refund requests must first be submitted through the platform used for purchase. We will work with the provider to resolve valid concerns.

 

 

Catering & Pre-Orders

 

 

• A non-refundable deposit may be required for catering and large pre-orders.

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for consideration of a partial refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event may result in forfeiture of payment due to preparation and ingredient costs.

 

 

 

Merchandise (If Applicable)

 

 

Unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt for store credit or exchange.
